Our editorial policy separates sourced facts, calculated outputs and interpretation so readers can understand what they are seeing.
Authorship
Articles and tools identify Tejas Dongre as author or product steward. Profiles state relevant experience without invented credentials. Automated assistance may support drafting or checks, but no faceless persona is presented as an author.
Sources
Address-format guidance prioritises the Universal Postal Union and national postal operators. Postal records retain GeoNames attribution. Sources and source-check dates are stored with the content.
Review and indexation
Generated or newly seeded guides remain noindex until the owner completes editorial review. The content gate checks a useful primary task, sources, author, dates, accessible rendering, similarity and original value. A word count alone never qualifies a page.
Corrections
Material corrections are documented. Raw licensed source records are not silently rewritten; reports are stored separately and reconciled during future imports or editorial updates.
Content types
Postal result pages present source records and calculations. Country and area hubs add aggregated statistics derived from the active snapshot. Address-format pages use separately documented references. Guides provide human-readable explanation and may contain interpretation. These content types are not blended into an unsupported “verified” label: the interface identifies the source, source-check date and limitations appropriate to each type.
Drafting and review workflow
A draft may be assisted by software for structure, proofreading or consistency, but the named owner remains responsible for the final publication decision. New guides are seeded as published-for-review but noindex. The owner review records an editor, review timestamp, quality score, similarity score, source status and an indexation reason. Approval is withheld when the page lacks a clear task, useful original value, reliable sources, sufficient depth, visible authorship or safe metadata.
Source selection
For postal addressing, national postal operators and the Universal Postal Union are preferred. GeoNames is the primary source for the imported postal lookup snapshot. Other reputable primary documentation may support technical, privacy or payment explanations. A secondary article can help identify a question, but it should not replace an available official source for a material claim. Sources are paraphrased rather than copied at length.
Updates and corrections
Editorial content displays publication and update information where available. A material change to a postal format, source limitation or product workflow should trigger a source review and updated date. Minor typography changes do not need to be presented as a fresh factual verification. Accepted correction requests can lead to an editorial update, an administrative note or a future source reconciliation, depending on whether the issue belongs to original content or licensed data.
Commercial separation
Advertising and affiliate eligibility are decided only after editorial and indexation gates. Commercial components are visually labelled, appear after useful content and are disabled on lookup, search, policy, admin and noindex pages. No payment changes a guide’s factual conclusion or a postal record’s position. Expired or unverified offers cease rendering automatically.
