Use the form below for product questions, accessibility issues, partnership enquiries or privacy requests. Use the correction form on a postal result when the issue concerns a particular record.

What to include

Describe the page, country, postal code and expected outcome. Do not send payment-card information, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary personal address details. Evidence links are preferred for data questions.

Response handling

Submissions are available only to authorised administrators and are retained according to the privacy policy. Email is also available at hello@zipcodeglobe.com.

Choosing the correct channel

Use the general contact form for product feedback, accessibility barriers, privacy questions, business enquiries or a problem that is not tied to one postal record. Use the correction form on a country, region, locality or postal-code page when a displayed place, administrative name or coordinate appears wrong. API access has a separate request form so expected volume, origin restrictions and the proposed use case can be assessed without mixing those details into support correspondence.

Information that helps us investigate

Include the exact page URL, country code, postal code, what you expected to see and what was displayed. For a data correction, an official postal-operator page or another stable public reference is more useful than a screenshot without context. For a technical problem, include the approximate time, browser, device class and the action you attempted, but remove session identifiers and private customer data. For accessibility feedback, tell us the assistive technology and keyboard or screen-reader task that was blocked.

What not to send

Do not send passwords, API secrets, payment-card details, identity documents, full customer databases, medical information or confidential contracts. ZipCodeGlobe does not need a complete residential address to investigate most questions. When an example is necessary, redact the recipient name, house or apartment number and any other detail that does not affect the postal-code issue.

Response and retention

Submissions enter a restricted administrative queue and may be classified as new, read, replied or closed. We retain enough information to answer the request, document a correction decision, investigate abuse and meet applicable obligations. Retention is reviewed periodically, and information that no longer serves an operational or legal purpose should be deleted or anonymised. Sending a message does not guarantee that GeoNames or a postal authority will change its source data, but credible evidence can inform editorial corrections or a future reconciled import.
